Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, presenting and promoting projects, and negotiating and closing deals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, providing after-sales support and services, tracking sales performance, and staying updated with market trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related field
- Knowledge of market trends and real estate practices
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Salary - Upto 10k + Upto 25k incentive
Experience - Freshers (excellent in communication skills) to 6 months
