Job Description: Business Analyst - HR Tech/Recruitment Projects


We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in developing HR Tech projects, recruitment projects, application tracking systems, and previous AI development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and driving projects, with expertise in ChatGPT, Python, and other latest technologies.


Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects focused on HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts, to gather and analyze business requirements specific to HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking projects.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify project objectives, use cases, and deliverables, leveraging your expertise in HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.

- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and use cases, ensuring alignment with project goals.

- Drive daily scrum meetings and end-of-day sessions, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

- Take ownership of the project, ensuring that it is on track and progressing towards success, while proactively identifying and addressing any risks or issues.

- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of business requirements, providing necessary guidance and support.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in HR Tech, recruitment, and application tracking systems, incorporating relevant advancements into project strategies.

- Utilize your knowledge of ChatGPT, Python, and other latest technologies to identify and propose innovative solutions and enhancements for the project.

- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to validate the functionality and usability of the implemented solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions.


Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and driving complex technical projects in the HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking domains.

- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques specific to HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.

- Expertise in ChatGPT, Python, and other latest technologies, with the ability to leverage them to drive innovative solutions and enhancements.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively gather and articulate business requirements and facilitate discussions.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in the context of HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking projects.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) within the HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking domains.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
