As the Lead Info Sec Ops Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of Dew Software's systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement various security measures and strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about information security and possesses a strong understanding of the latest security technologies and trends.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the information security operations within Dew Software
  • Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Perform periodic security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and address potential risks
  • Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies
  • Monitor and investigate security incidents and breaches, and recommend appropriate action
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in information security
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to educate and raise awareness about information security risks and best practices
  • Participate in incident response and forensic investigations as needed

Requirements

  • CyberArk Application Identity Manager experience
  • Splunk experience
  • Knowledge of implementing a privileged access model for a platform or application
  • Experience with Service Now, Sailpoint, IIQ, Tableau, Powershell and other scripting languages
  • Experience working in and guiding a team-oriented and collaborative IT environment
  • Exceptional leadership skills and interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
  • Strong documentation and problem solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated, directed, and can work independently without supervision in a high-pressure environment
