What you'll do: Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience with both Windows and MacBook laptops.Proficient in operating tools, components, and peripheral accessories.Ability to comprehend technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacture) guides.Aptitude for conducting research into PC ( laptops / Desktops) issues and products as required.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Capability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in fast-paced environments. What you'll need: Associate degree in a computer-related field, or equivalent education with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.Strong customer-service orientation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills.A good knowledge of ITSM IT Services Management.
