We are looking for people with deep understanding of Financial services and in-depth expertise in

Banking

industry, with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Banking industry knowledge : Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Trade Finance, Core Banking Transformation, Corporate Banking, Mobile Banking, Lending, Mortgages, AML/KYCHorizontal skills : Digital Transformation, Customer Experience Design, Business Strategy, IT Strategy, Process Consulting, Product Implementation, Cost Optimization, Business Architecture, Business Analysis and Post-merger Integration, Automation, Program Management, Change Management, Agile delivery,Emerging Technologies : Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Blockchain, Social & Mobility

Consulting & advisory experience with top-tier consulting organizations is strongly preferred.Only fulltime MBA from top-tier business schools / Chartered Accountants (CA) need to apply.

What will you do?

At Infosys Consulting, you will:

Work on business consulting engagements as part of a cross-cultural team across regionsBe responsible for the delivery of business results to leading commercial banks, retail banks, investment banks, market utilities and intermediariesAnalyze problems and come up with solutions, often creative and out-of-the-boxApply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address business problemsLead workshops and collaborate with client stakeholders located across geographiesLead / contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiativesDevelop thought leadership collaterals and knowledge artefactsParticipate in a variety of firm building events

What do we require?

We are seeking success-oriented people who have strong understanding of the Banking industry, bring a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, a competitive drive, and an entrepreneurial spirit that will help propel the continued growth of the firm. We look for candidates that have prior relevant work experience, excel in ambiguous situations and possess a passion for helping companies become more competitive. Business acumen combined with a comfort with technology is a must as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be able to quickly frame complex business problems and prioritize root causes with confidence.
