PositionOverview:

We are searching for a highly skilledGraphic Designer who possesses a deep understanding of UI/UXprinciples to play a key role in elevating our digital marketingefforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with ourmultidisciplinary team to conceptualize and create visuallycompelling designs while ensuring seamless user experiences acrossvarious digitalplatforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Workclosely with our marketing team to develop visually captivatinggraphics and assets for digital marketing campaigns includingsocial media content email newsletters display ads and websiteelements.
  • Design intuitive and userfriendlyinterfaces for websites landing pages and mobile applications witha focus on enhancing user experience and driving conversionrates.
  • Create wireframes prototypes and mockupsto effectively communicate design concepts and user interactionsincorporating feedback from stakeholders and usertesting.
  • Conduct thorough research on userneeds preferences and behaviors to inform design decisions andoptimize usability.
  • Ensure brand consistencyand alignment with client brand guidelines across all designdeliverables maintaining a high level of quality and attention todetail.
  • Stay abreast of industry trendsemerging technologies and best practices in graphic design UI/UXand digital marketing and apply this knowledge to enhance ourdesign processes and deliverables.
  • Collaborateclosely with crossfunctional teams including developers marketersand clients to deliver highquality design solutions that meetproject objectives anddeadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Graphic Design Web Design HCI or relatedfield.
  • 1 year of experience working as aGraphic Designer with a strong focus on UI/UX design preferably ina digital marketing agency or similarenvironment.
  • Proficiency in graphic designtools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)and UI/UX prototyping tools (Sketch Figma AdobeXD).
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principlesdesign patterns and best practices with a portfolio showcasingexpertise in creating usercentricdesigns.
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey designconcepts and rationale to crossfunctional teams andclients.
  • Strong project management skills withthe ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projectssimultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • A passion for creativityinnovation and continuous learning in the digital marketing anddesign field.
