Beacon Minds, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a talented and experienced SEO specialist to join our dynamic team. With a focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in SEO. As a SEO Specialist at Beacon Minds, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain exposure to diverse industries.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
• Take charge of coordinating and leading the digital marketing team, ensuring smooth operations, collaboration, and efficient execution of campaigns and projects.
• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance online visibility, for multinational clients and across domains.
• Managing optimization projects and reporting on performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to maximize their performance and achieve departmental goals.

Responsibilities:

• Analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.
• Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase client's profitability.
• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
• Manage team of SEO Specialists.
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
• Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy.
• Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in overall SEO & Team Leadership.
• Required to have a graduate degree in related fields.
• Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Should have an in-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Experience with SEO industry programs such as Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console. Knowledge about HubSpot, Lucky Orange will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
