JobDescription:


Weare seeking a highly skilled AI Architect / Lead with expertise inAI Application development in Cloud Environments (GCP / AWS). Theideal candidate will have a deep understanding and handsonexperience with AI Python React for frontend development or NodeJSfor backend development. Who has experience/knowledge on leveragingGenAI frameworks(LangChain/OpenAI/Vertex/HuggingFace).


Responsibilities:


  • Develophighlevel solution architectures that address business needs whileconsidering factors such as scalability performance security andmaintainability.

  • Leadand manage a team of engineers and data scientists. Provideguidance mentorship and support to team members to ensurehighquality and efficient developmentpractices.

  • Ensurethat technical deliverables meet quality standards and adhere tobest practices. Implement processes and procedures for code reviewstesting and quality assurance to minimize errors anddefects.

  • Researchand evaluate emerging technologies tools and frameworks todetermine their suitability for the organizations technicalecosystem. Make recommendations for technology adoption orreplacement based on evaluationoutcomes.

  • Defineand enforce coding standards architectural principles and bestpractices to ensure consistency and maintainability across projectsand developmentteams.


Requirements:


  • OverallIT industry experience of 8 to 10years.

  • Minimum3 to 5 years of experience in AI/ Gen AI applicationdevelopment.

  • Minimum5 years of experience in Full Stack ApplicationDeveloper/Lead/Manager/Architectroles.

  • Goodunderstanding of LLM/GenAI concepts including Prompt EngineeringFinetuning RAG applicationdevelopment

  • HandsOnExperience with Cloud (GCP/AWS) based Full Stack ApplicationDevelopment.

  • Strongproficiency in writing code(Python/JavaScript/TypeScript)

  • Handsonexperience with Front End ReactJSBootstrap/Tailwind

  • Handsonexperience with BackEnd Application (Python FastAPI/Flask orNodeJS)

  • Understandingof using LangChainframeworks

  • Experiencewith containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes isaplus.

  • Understandingof Data Engineering concepts is aplus

You will make an ideal candidate if you have: 5+ years ofexperience in preparing, reviewing, revising, and maintainingtechnical documents. Excellent in written and communication skillsin English.
