Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management:  Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, process invoices, and make adjustments.  Financial Reporting:  Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.  Reconciliations:  Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.  Payroll:  Process and administer monthly payroll.  Audits and Compliance:  Support senior staff with audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations and guidelines.  Software Proficiency:  Utilize accounting software and tools, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.  Data Entry and Record Keeping:  Maintain financial records by handling data entry and preparing journal entries.  Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is often required.  Experience: Entry-level positions may be available, but some roles prefer candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of related experience.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and strong skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.  Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality.  Understanding of Standards: Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations is expected. .
