Job Description

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the company's objectives and industry best practices. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance QA processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Test Planning and Execution: Define test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on product requirements and user stories. Oversee the execution of testing activities to ensure thorough coverage and timely delivery. Automation Strategy: Drive the implementation of test automation initiatives to increase test coverage, reduce manual effort, and accelerate release cycles. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify risks, and prioritize testing efforts. Quality Metrics and Reporting: Establish key quality metrics and KPIs to track the performance of QA activities. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on the quality status of software releases. Risk Management: Identify potential risks to product quality, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that software products adhere to relevant regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and security best practices. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, QA trends, and industry developments to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on leading QA teams and managing QA processes in a fast-paced environment for at least 7 years Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile practices, and QA best practices. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, tools, and technologies (, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related software solutions is a plus
