Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Engineering located in Gaya. The Head of Engineering will be responsible for team management, team leadership, engineering management, project management, and software development. They will oversee the day-to-day tasks of the engineering team and ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.

Qualifications
  • Team Management and Team Leadership skills
  • Engineering Management and Project Management skills
  • Software Development skills
  • Experience in leading and managing engineering teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
