SEO Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic Digital Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility, drive organic traffic, generate leads, and optimize website performance across search engines.
Responsibilities:
·       Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website.
·       Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimization to identify high-value opportunities for content creation and optimization.
·       Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including but not limited to meta tags, title tags, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
·       Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify areas for improvement and track progress over time.
·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, developers, and designers to implement SEO best practices throughout the website development process.
·       Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms to ensure our strategies remain effective and compliant with industry standards.
·       Provide regular reporting and insights on SEO performance, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders and management.
Requirements:
·       Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in SEO with a successful track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.
·       Bachelor or Master's degree.
·       In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
·       Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
·       Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and developments.
·       Certifications such as Google Analytics and Google Ads would be a plus.
