Job Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level AWS Redshift expert to join our innovative team on a contract or contract-to-hire basis. Located in the vibrant city of Bangalore, this role is pivotal for harnessing and managing our data architecture using Amazon Redshift. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise to enhance our data solutions and optimize performance. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in AWS Redshift, with proven experience in managing and optimizing its architecture to support business needs. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms. Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to facilitate seamless data integration from various sources. Hands-on experience with Amazon S3 for robust data storage solutions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Solid command of SQL for querying and managing data effectively, with attention to detail in results. Competence in Python programming for data manipulation, automation of tasks, and implementing scalable processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, understanding project requirements and participating in team efforts. Effective problem-solving skills with the capability to address complex data challenges and drive results. Roles and Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain robust data warehouse solutions using AWS Redshift, ensuring optimal performance. Develop and optimize ETL pipelines to efficiently load data from diverse sources into Redshift. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to enhance decision-making processes across the organization. Implement best practices in data warehousing, ensuring high availability and data security. Provide technical expertise and collaborate with stakeholders to align data architecture with strategic goals. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, architectures, and guidelines for future reference. Continuously monitor data systems, optimizing for performance and scalability while mitigating risks.
