Job Description Requisitioned Position Title: Public Relations Manager – Social Impact Position Reports To: Account Director Hiring Location: New Delhi Total Experience (Years): 4–6 years Overview: We are looking for a Public Relations Manager– Social Impact to join our team and help purpose-led organizations tell their stories with authenticity and impact. This is an exciting time for our rapidly growing Social Impact Practice as we expand our portfolio and partner with leading nonprofits, foundations, CSR teams and global development organizations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned communications professional with deep experience in the development or social impact sector, who thrives in an environment built on passion, curiosity and creativity. Someone who can think big-picture while ensuring flawless execution, and who cares deeply about creating work that makes a difference. Job Functions Client Leadership Lead and manage large Social Impact client engagements, acting as the day-to-day client lead. Work closely with media, digital and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with mission-driven objectives. Build and sustain strong client relationships, demonstrating strategic thinking and deep understanding of development-sector priorities. Strategy & Communication Develop thoughtful, insight-driven communication programs that translate complex social issues into clear, engaging narratives. Identify opportunities to strengthen and innovate client programs to maximize reach and impact. Ensure high-quality execution of multi-channel campaigns, with strong understanding of social media, stakeholder engagement and reputation management within the development sector. Business Growth Support the growth of the Social Impact practice in collaboration with senior leadership. Network actively across the development ecosystem to gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities. Lead and contribute to new business pitches.
