Samvedna Development Society is seeking an IT Associate to manage IT operations, ensure smooth functionality of hardware, and oversee network and security systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily IT operations, including system administration and technical support.
  • Maintain hardware infrastructure and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Perform frequent audits of network security systems to ensure data protection and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Office (HO) to implement IT solutions that improve operational efficiency and workflow.

  • Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware and software as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
  • Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory to communicate effectively with local and HO teams.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, network management, and cybersecurity protocols.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of network security standards, hardware maintenance, and software installations.
