Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation QA Engineer with expertise in mobile application testing and a strong background in load testing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in utilizing various automation tools for testing and possess hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps/Jira.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks for mobile applications.

- Conduct and oversee load testing activities to ensure the performance and scalability of our mobile applications.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

- Develop and execute automated test scripts for both functional and performance testing.

- Identify and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive solutions.

- Utilize various automation tools for testing, ensuring effective test coverage.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

- Mentor junior QA team members and provide technical leadership in automation practices.

- Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure the alignment of testing activities with business goals.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Senior Automation QA Engineer or similar role.

- Extensive experience in load testing of mobile applications.

- Proficient in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JMeter, and others.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps for test case management and integration with CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong programming/scripting skills in languages like Java, Python, or C#.

- Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks and strategies.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
