Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer with a minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience in .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in .NET Core, API development, and MS SQL Server, along with practical experience in building and maintaining Windows Service applications.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to solve complex technical problems. Experience with Agile methodologies is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities :

.NET Core Development :

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using .NET Core.

  • Implement robust and scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

API Development :

  • Design and develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems.

  • Ensure API security and performance.

MS SQL Server Management :

  • Design, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries.

  • Implement and maintain stored procedures and database functions.

  • Perform database performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Windows Service Applications :

  • Develop and maintain Windows Service applications for background processing and automation.

  • Ensure the reliability and stability of Windows Service applications.

Technical Leadership :

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

  • Participate in architectural design and planning.

Problem Solving and Debugging :

  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Debug and troubleshoot applications to ensure optimal performance.

Collaboration and Communication :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Agile Methodology (Plus) :

  • Participate in Agile development processes and ceremonies.

  • Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements :

Experience :

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in .NET technologies.

Technical Skills :

  • Strong expertise in .NET Core.

  • Proficient in API development (RESTful).

  • Deep knowledge of MS SQL Server.

  • Hands-on experience with Windows Service applications.

Soft Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Methodology :

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (plus).

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).

  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React).
