About the Role

We're looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer
to join our Marketing & Learning team. You'll create impactful visuals — from
social media creatives and branding collaterals
to
client pitch decks and marketing campaigns
— shaping how our brand and clients connect with audiences.

What You'll Do

  • Design digital & print assets: social media graphics, brochures, presentations, infographics, emailers, ads.
  • Collaborate with marketing & content teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Translate brand identity into consistent, engaging visuals.
  • Support client branding projects — from logos to full brand systems.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
  • Stay updated on latest design trends, tools & techniques.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Design / Visual Communication (or equivalent).
  • 2+ years of design experience
    (agency background preferred).
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
  • Familiarity with
    Figma
    or similar digital design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    branding, layouts & digital design
    .
  • Detail-oriented, creative thinker, strong aesthetic sense.

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics / animation skills.
  • UI/UX exposure.
  • Photography / video editing experience.
