You will manage DMAT onboarding, ensure NRI/FEMA/tax compliance, and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Legal to uphold seamless operations and regulatory accuracy. This role is central to strengthening our culture of transparency, empowerment, and shared ownership. Key Responsibilities: Own the complete ESOP lifecycle , including grants, vesting, exercises, and share sales. Maintain precise, compliant equity data across platforms such as Carta, Eqvista, KFinTech, or similar systems . Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Advisors to execute grants, manage exits, and ensure adherence to SEBI, FEMA, RBI, and Companies Act regulations. Guide employees including NRIs on DMAT
