We are looking for a fluent English-speaking Telecaller who can effectively communicate with our customers and support our sales and service operations.
Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain call logs and update customer records
• Support sales and marketing campaigns over the phone

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Hindi language skills will be an added advantage
• Friendly and confident phone manner
• Basic computer skills (emails, CRM data entry)
• Ability to work full-time from our Alappuzha corporate office
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory)
