The Role: Team Lead (Office-Based, Bangalore)Lead technical teams (backend, frontend, mobile, Dev Ops, testing, QA) to deliver on time to global enterprises. Coordinate Bangalore teams whilst collaborating with European teams. Bridge technical delivery with management. Adhere and execute product delivery consistently and on time to business requirements as defined by the CEO.Reporting to the CEO.3. Responsibilities and TasksDelivery ManagementOwn project timelines and ensure on-time, quality delivery across all technical teamsManage global enterprise customer requirements, translating needs into actionable tasksManage tech budget aligned with project needsEnsure ISO 42001, ISO 27001 compliance and enterprise technical standardsDeliver B2 B enterprise and B2 C product solutionsManage sprint planning, proper documentation, and stakeholder reportingCommunication & TransparencyProvide complete clarity on progress against goals through regular status reportsCommunicate proactively across all departmentsFlag risks immediately Run weekly data-driven progress meetingsTeam ManagementLead backend, frontend, mobile, Dev Ops, testing and QA teamsConduct performance reviews and appraisals, set KPIs, manage development plansHandle underperformance with coaching and improvement plansUtilise our own learning platform for your and your team’s professional developmentCoordinate with European teams for the development cyclesBuild culture of accountability and excellenceTechnical Delivery - Multi-agent AI system MAS architecture, x API integrations, Understanding of learning content delivery4. Requirements and DemandsEssential Experience5+ years managing technical teams (backend, frontend, mobile, Dev Ops, testing/QA)7+ years full stack development experienceProven track record delivering complex projects.Experience with compliance and quality managementUnderstanding of LMS requirementsProfessional English communication for stakeholder presentationsExperience managing distributed teamsCore SkillsFull stack tech knowledge: Python, Javascript, Typescript, Mobile, microservices. And a low level language, C, C++, Rust, and Zig/PHPDev Ops, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processesSystem architecture designRoadmap developmentBudget management and resource allocationEnterprise development standardsTesting methodologies, QA processes, documentation standardsAgile/Scrum delivery, risk management, performance managementCustomer facing skillsHuman QualitiesSerious about delivery and qualityTransparentNatural communicator simplifying complex progressSerious documentation and processTeamplayer5.
