Business Analyst – Digital Experience Management System (DXP)
As a Business Analyst, you will be the crucial link between our client's business needs and their digital solutions built on the DXP platform. You will be responsible for understanding and documenting client requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and technical specifications, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Conduct discovery workshops with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and vision for their DXP implementation.
Requirements Elicitation: Gather, analyse, and document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements for the projects, including website features, integrations, content management needs, and personalisation strategies.
User Story Development: Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories that effectively communicate the desired functionality to the development team
Solution Design: Collaborate with solution architects and developers to design solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, test cases, and training materials.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams.
Project Support: Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements clarification, issue resolution, and user acceptance testing.

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on any CMS or DXP Platform projects.
Strong understanding of the CMS or DXP platforms, including their capabilities, and basic features like content management, personalization, and SEO management.
Experience with software implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for web development projects.
Experience creating user stories, use cases, and other technical documentation.
Know User Experience and Information Architecture design principles.
Basic knowledge of web technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
