Enterprise Architect


ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • As the Enterprise Architect at Sun Mobility, you will be responsible for performing highly advanced data analysis and architecture work, providing managerial direction and guidance in strategic operations and planning and building offerings, platforms, solutions, and capabilities - to create differentiating position for Sun Mobility in the market using Artificial Intelligence. Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing innovative AI solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Experience with a variety of IT domains, including applications, data, infrastructure, and security.


ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic technology guidance.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of the enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
  • Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain an enterprise technology roadmap, considering current and future business needs.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption.
  • Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of the enterprise architecture vision.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Establish and enforce governance processes for the enterprise architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural standards and policies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the enterprise architecture.
  • Provide guidance on risk management strategies related to technology decisions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of architects and technical experts.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the architecture team.
  • Define integration and interoperability standards for systems and applications.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and communication across different parts of the enterprise.
  • Evaluate and select technology vendors and solutions that align with the enterprise architecture.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration.


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise-level architecture strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Experience with a variety of IT domains, including applications, data, infrastructure, and security.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Ability to align technology solutions with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Experience mentoring and developing technical talent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and recommend improvements.
  • Relevant certifications such as TOGAF certification would be a plus.


Candidates with experience in Automotive industry are preferred.
