Position Overview
Associate level position supporting management with daily operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate ability to follow instructions accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline- 1-2 year of professional work experience- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step instructions- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist manager with day-to-day administrative tasks- Handle internal and external communications- Organize and maintain documentation and files- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars- Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute minutes- Follow up on assigned tasks and project deadlines- Prepare basic reports and presentations
