About the Role

Were looking for a multi-skilled Creative Designer to join the Oliva Products team someone who can bring our new clinical beauty and dermatology brands to life across social media, e-commerce platforms, and in-clinic experiences.

If you're fluent in both static, video & motion graphics design, have an eye for clean, elevated visual storytelling, and can adapt design thinking across digital and physical formats, youll thrive here. Bonus points if you're curious about AI tools and can use them to boost productivity and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design compelling visual creatives for social media (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads) both static and short-form video.
  • Create in-clinic visual assets from shelf danglers and counter displays to digital screens and product education material.
  • Design e-commerce assets including banners, product shots, and A+ content (Amazon, Nykaa, etc.).
  • Work closely with the product and brand teams to translate brand strategy into effective visual communication.
  • Maintain visual consistency across multiple product sub-brands while allowing each to have its own identity.
  • Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and digital teams for launch campaigns and experiments.
  • (Bonus) Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT) for quick prototypes, visual references, or first cuts.

What Were Looking For

  • 24 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects or equivalent) & InDesign
  • Proficiency in CanvaPro
  • Strong portfolio with a mix of beauty, healthcare, or lifestyle content is preferred.
  • Understanding of packaging artwork adaptations
  • Understanding of platform-specific formats especially Instagram, YouTube, and e-commerce.
  • Ability to take initiative, experiment, and bring new product identities to life visually.
  • (Bonus) Comfort with AI-assisted design tools or willingness to learn and experiment.
