Outreach Manager

As an Outreach Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our company's reach and enhancing its digital presence. you will oversee the management of content on our digital platforms, ensuring its quality and relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Scouting and Representation:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to engage with potential clients.
- Represent the company to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Content Management:
- Manage the quality of content across the company's digital platforms, including social media, websites, and apps.
- Develop content strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Ensure content is engaging, informative, and reflective of the company's brand image.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and insights for content creation.
- Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities and content performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in outreach or business development roles, preferably in the education or mental health sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- NCR-based candidates preferred.
