Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Executive/Associate, located in Bengaluru South. The Payroll Executive/Associate will be responsible for managing payroll administration, processing payroll, and handling payroll management tasks. Daily activities include maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and coordinating with internal departments to gather payroll-related data.
Qualifications
- Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Management skills
- Strong Finance skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the financial accounting or payroll industry is a plus
