Position : Senior AWS Machine Learning and Operations Engineer

Experience : 5 - 9 years

Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior AWS Machine Learning and Operations Engineer with 5-9 years of quality experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning solutions in the AWS cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and Implement ML Solutions : Architect and deploy machine learning applications using AWS services such as SageMaker, EKS, Lambda, and EC2, tailored to meet business requirements.

Operationalize ML Models : Collaborate with Generative AI team members to operationalize machine learning models, ensuring seamless deployment, scalability, and performance.

CI/CD Pipelines for ML Workflows : Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning workflows, adhering to best practices in version control, testing, and deployment.

Performance Monitoring and Management : Oversee the performance of machine learning models in production, identifying and implementing optimization strategies for Collaboration : Work closely with various teams, including development, operations, and business units, to understand requirements and convert them into robust technical solutions.

Stay Updated and Innovate : Keep abreast of the latest AWS features and machine learning technologies, continuously innovating, and enhancing ML operations and infrastructure.

Mentorship and Team Growth : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5-9 years of experience working with AWS cloud services and machine learning operations.

- Proficiency in implementing and managing machine learning models, with a solid understanding of ML algorithms and data processing.

- Experience with AWS services, particularly those related to machine learning and computing similar to AWS Comprehend, AWS.

- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Strong knowledge of MLOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and interface with stakeholders .
