DVP – Digital Partnership, Strategy and Performance Excellence

Identify new opportunities in the market for digital business, create business proposition and model and on-board the partner
VNB and & Product mix management
Leading overall digital sales training function for both digital partnership and in-house call centers ( additional role)
Product innovation and lead new product development/ product strategy for digital SBU ( additional role)
Leading new business model discovery and deployment to augment Direct/ In-house business line ( additional role)
Set up and institutionalise Corporate sales model to create addition new business stream for digital business ( additional role)
Ensuring other critical job items for SBU – Representing SBU in internal reviews/ forums, impactful marketing pitches, compliance management, buying journey flow, business planning etc
Strategy and Performance Excellence
Lead Annual Planning and strategy formulation for digital SBU
Create Annual Operating Plan, discussion with internal and external stakeholders, creating internal plan and rolling out to various sub-functions plans internally
Institutionalize Digital BU dashboard, run monthly business reviews with and tracking various parameters & actionable emanating from business reviews at overall BU level
Keeping track of BU key deliverables in terms of key KPI for each vertical and publishing trends and provide other insights for corrective actions
Preparing Executive Committee meetings & other review decks with market intelligence data & insights on competitors
Continuous watch on industry developments and call out new opportunities for business
Own BRCM responsibilities and implement and monitor controls on ongoing basis
Running detailed analysis on various parameters including industry benchmarking, scenario
building, target setting, opex control etc. for improving performance
Drive strategic projects and cross functions initiatives in line with the SBU strategy
Own and ensure checker control over procurement and vendor payout process
Monitor SLA / TATs for outsourcing vendors and levy of Reward and penalty as per agreement
Manage internal / external audits / risk reviews / compliance submissions
Monitor MBRs governance framework model for each partner and agency and track closure of key actionable
Updating and running AOP / BU plan numbers vs target achievement, forecasts, budgetary control, monthly opex provision, reconciliation with finance on Opex vs plan etc
