About Us
Desire Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading infrastructure company at the forefront of water solutions. We're looking for a visionary and experienced Analytics Manager to lead our growing Business Intelligence (BI) team. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our data analytics function, ensuring we extract valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Partner with business stakeholders across departments to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Champion a data-driven culture by fostering collaboration between the BI team and other departments.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of data collection, cleaning, and analysis processes.
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data across the organization.
Manage and prioritize the BI team's workload, ensuring timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and implement them to optimize our approach.
Identify and implement solutions to improve data governance and data quality practices.
Deliver compelling presentations and reports to communicate complex data findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar leadership role.
Proven track record of leading and managing a team of data analysts.
Strong hands-on experience with data analysis tools like Excel, Python, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
Deep understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data governance concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify business opportunities and challenges from data.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Bonus Points:
Experience in the infrastructure industry.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Experience in building and implementing data governance frameworks.
Proven ability to develop and manage data analytics budgets.
Experience in data storytelling techniques.
