About the job:

Title – Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Location : Remote across India


Job Description:

As a Cloud Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and architects in the delivery of technical solutions and services to our clients. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, leadership, and customer stakeholders to understand client requirements, design/implement solutions, and provide expert technical guidance.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical Lead for Cloud Infrastructure Projects

  • Establish quality standards and methods that ensure on-time and in-scope delivery.
  • Responsible for hands on delivery (AWS SDK, AWS CLI, Cloud Infrastructure Architecture etc.) and technical lead / oversight on projects. The ratio of hands-on deliverables vs technical review / oversight will vary project to project.
  • Review and accountable for all technical decisions/solutions. Own project deliverables.
  • Ensures that risk is analyzed and mitigated for each project.
  • Bridge between project technical team & practice leads. Ensure open communication of project(s) status with practice leads.
  • Mentor the project technical team and help to remove technical blockers.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Expertise in designing and implementing AWS Landing Zones for scalable and secure multi-account environments.
  • Proficiency in planning and executing Cloud Migration Strategies, including re-hosting, re-platforming, and refactoring.
  • Skills in developing and implementing robust Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans using AWS services.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and integration of on-premises infrastructure with AWS.
  • Deep understanding of AWS security services, such as IAM, KMS, Shield, WAF, and GuardDuty, Security Hub to ensure compliance and data protection.
  • Mastery of AWS infrastructure services including EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, and Lambda for creating and managing scalable solutions.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS Config for operational insights and governance.
  • Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework to ensure best practices.
  • Ability to manage and optimize AWS costs using tools like AWS Cost Explorer, Budgets, and Trusted Advisor.
  • Experience with IaC tools like AWS CloudFormation and Terraform for automated infrastructure deployment.
  • Proficiency in automating AWS operations using tools like AWS Systems Manager, AWS CLI and orchestration services like AWS Step Functions.
