Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Fast Formulas . The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Cloud HCM modules, specifically Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and providing end-to-end functional expertise to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM OTL solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM OTL (Time and Labor) module.
Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas to meet complex business requirements.
Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and design workshops with key stakeholders.
Create detailed functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration documents.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other Oracle Cloud modules and third-party systems.
Provide functional guidance and support during testing, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
Assist with data migration, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Train and mentor end-users and other team members on Oracle HCM OTL and Fast Formulas.
Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates, patches, and new features, and proactively recommend improvements.
Resolve incidents, manage service requests, and provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM OTL implementations.
Required Qualifications:
Experience : 10+ years of functional experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
Oracle Fast Formula Expertise : Strong hands-on experience in developing and troubleshooting Oracle Fast Formulas.
HCM Cloud Knowledge : In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, and Compensation.
Project Management : Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM OTL implementations and upgrades.
Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Certifications : Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, and Payroll.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Prior experience in a consulting environment.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud).
