Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join as a hands-on individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier candidates across various technical disciplines such as software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, DevOps, and more. Your experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter as the primary tool for recruitment is of paramount importance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source and recruit top talent for technical roles in a very fast paced environment to meet deadlines, mostly within 24 to 48 hours max
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future technical hiring needs.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques using LinkedIn and find apt candidates.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
  • Review resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct technical interviews based on the given technical criteria
  • End-to-End Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to submission for next level
  • Coordinate second round screening internally
  • Ensure timely communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in recruiting, experience focused on recruiting for technical positions (e.g., software engineers, data scientists,PM's etc.) EXCLUSIVELY for US CLIENTS / JOBS
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements across various disciplines.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for complex, niche technical roles.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of current hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive market insights.
  • Submit niche candidates within a max of 24-to-48-hour deadline.
