Role Description

We are hiring a
Full-Time Associate Full Stack Engineer
for our
Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site)
location. This is a strictly
Hyderabad-based position
, and the candidate is expected to work from the designated office location.

The Associate Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for
end-to-end application development
, encompassing
front-end, back-end, and database layers
. The role focuses on building
scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
using the preferred technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    RESTful APIs
    and back-end services using
    Java
    and
    Spring Boot
    .
  • Implement responsive, dynamic
    front-end applications
    using
    Angular
    in adherence to modern UI/UX best practices.
  • Manage
    database design, development, and optimization
    with
    PostgreSQL
    to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
    integrate intelligent agents and advanced features
    into the software ecosystem.
  • Ensure
    application performance, reliability, and security
    through rigorous testing, profiling, and monitoring.
  • Participate in
    code reviews
    , enforce
    coding standards
    , and contribute to
    CI/CD pipeline
    implementation for continuous delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    3 to 7 years in full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Java, Spring Boot, Angular
    , and
    PostgreSQL
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    REST API development, responsive UI design, and database optimization
    .
  • Knowledge of
    CI/CD, Git, and cloud platforms
    (AWS/Azure) is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of the development process for agentic applications is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
