Today, Kauvery is a multi-specialty hospital chain with 2250+ beds in six locations including Trichy, Chennai, Salem, Hosur, Tirunelveli and Bengaluru. With twelve hospitals and a workforce of over 8000+ Kauvery’s mission is to provide exemplary secondary and tertiary care.

This includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, performing diagnostic tests, and providing comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:Patient Care:Assess and diagnose patients with neurological conditions through clinical evaluations and tests.Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies.Manage acute neurological emergencies, including strokes, seizures, and traumatic brain injuries.Collaboration:Work closely with other specialists (e.g., neurosurgeons, radiologists, and physiotherapists) to provide comprehensive care.Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to determine optimal patient management strategies.Education & Research:Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatments, and lifestyle modifications.Stay updated with advancements in neurology through continuous medical education.Engage in hospital-led research initiatives to improve patient care practices.Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate patient records, including diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress notes.Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and ethical guidelines.Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement programs.Skills and Competencies:Expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of neurological disorders.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and patient management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
