  • Plan and carry out repair and maintenance work (e.g., concrete, masonry, flooring, roofing, etc.).
  • Supervise civil maintenance staff or contractors.
  • Prepare maintenance schedules and reports.
  • Ensure work complies with safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments (electrical, mechanical, etc.) for maintenance activities.
  • Estimate materials, labor, and costs for repair works.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in civil maintenance or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of construction materials and methods.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
