About KNR Global Executive Search
KNR is an executive search firm with over 16 years in the industry, having built leadership teams for global corporations across the Asia Pacific, The Middle East, Europe and Africa. With our offices across NCR and Singapore, we are growing at a steady pace and looking to onboard a dream team for a new HQ in Gurgaon.
The relevant candidate should be experienced in recruiting across any of these locations:
India, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe & Africa for Industries like Manufacturing, Pharma, Medical Devices, FMCG, Chemicals, Automotive, Retail, Building materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and recruiting of candidates by initial screening, personal interviews / telephonic interviews and handling the entire joining process of the candidates.
- Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with candidates.
- Responsible for end-to-end leadership hiring for our the clients across India, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and LATAM for diverse industries.
- Client relationship & delivery management - Services committed are delivered as per SLA for accounts. This includes working closely with the recruitment team to ensure lineups for open positions.
- Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Practice Leader/Principal Consultant.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream of education
- 2 to 8 years of recruitment for foreign nationals/expat nationals across APAC & EMEA.
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Excellent practical knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter & skilled in Headhunting
