However, the rapid increase in the number of satellites is alsoincreasing the risk of satellite collision, leading to Debris pollution- making space adangerous place for other satellites as well as astronauts. To prevent this, we aredeveloping an Agile, Safe, Efficient and Affordable Green Propulsion System with a newfuel, engine and catalyst for the engine to avoid satellite collision in space and preventDebris Pollution, which can hence be a potential green alternative to the currentmonopropellant propulsion technology.

About the Internship

As a System Engineering Intern, you will work closely with our engineering and projectteams, gaining hands-on experience in space systems design, development, and integration.This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge space propulsionsystems while enhancing your technical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities•

System Architecture and Designo Assist in designing and conceptualizing system architectures for spacepropulsion systems.o Collaborate with teams to ensure system designs align with missionobjectives and industry standards.•

Requirements Managemento Support the development and documentation of system requirements basedon project needs.o Learn and apply NASA systems engineering processes for requirementsanalysis and documentation.•

Testing and Validationo Participate in planning and executing system-level tests for propulsionsystems.o Collaborate with testing teams to analyze results and recommendimprovements.•

Documentationo Assist in creating technical reports, specifications, and systemdocumentation.o Ensure compliance with industry-standard documentation practices.•

Risk Managemento Support the identification and assessment of potential risks in systemdevelopment.o Assist in formulating risk mitigation strategies.•

Project Coordinationo Work with project managers to ensure tasks align with project goals andtimelines.o Attend team meetings and contribute technical insights.Qualifications

Educationo Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in aerospaceEngineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.• Skills and Interestso Interest in space propulsion systems and a passion for space safety.o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.o Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional)• Basic understanding of systems engineering principles.• Familiarity with NASA systems engineering processes or similar frameworks.• Knowledge of manufacturing or production processes is a plus.
