Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team on a remote basis from India. This role is pivotal in creating pixel-perfect designs and animations for our website, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience. The ideal candidate will possess a profound knowledge of React and a proven track record of building scalable websites and web applications. As a Senior Frontend Developer at DarDoc, you will play a critical role in our ongoing journey of growth and innovation, directly contributing to the enhancement of healthcare accessibility through technology.

Key Responsibilities:Design and implement visually appealing, pixel-perfect web interfaces and animations, aligning with DarDoc’s brand standards and user experience goals.Develop and optimize responsive web applications using React, ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers.Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate vision, feedback, and ideas into functional, scalable web solutions.Implement robust testing and debugging practices to ensure the highest quality and reliability of the frontend codebase.Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies and methodologies that can improve project outcomes and team efficiency.Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to junior frontend developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.Ensure website and web application scalability, security, and performance, considering the rapid growth trajectory of DarDoc.Work closely with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices and enhance web visibility.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.Demonstrated expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related development tools and frameworks.Exceptional skills in creating responsive, user-friendly web interfaces and animations.Proficiency in web development best practices, including SEO, security, and scalability.Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment.Prior experience in health-technology or similar fast-paced, innovative sectors is a plus.
