Chief Operating Officer Location: Delhi NCR Type: Full-time Reports to: Founder based in London About Veora Gifting Veora Gifting is a modern sustainable luxury gifting house serving customers as well as corporates. We create elevated gifting experiences with traceable impact, premium design, and next-level execution. Role Overview As our first full-time hire, you will own end-to-end operations – from sourcing and production to packaging execution, quality control, logistics, CSR fulfilment, and client servicing. You will work closely with the UK-based founder and an India-based luxury designer to translate high-concept product and packaging ideas into flawless on-the-ground delivery. Key Responsibilities • Oversee end-to-end production and quality control for luxury gift hampers (₹2k–₹15k per SKU). • Source and manage vendors across luxury houses, artisanal crafts, packaging suppliers, and NGO partnership kits. • Translate design specifications into high-quality physical packaging. • Manage third-party logistics (3PL) dispatches, multi-city deliveries, and seasonal high-volume periods. • Coordinate CSR kit distribution, including routing, documentation, and NGO coordination. • Serve as the operational point of contact for client admin, HR, and CSR teams. • Develop robust fulfilment systems and plan seasonal staffing workflows for peak periods. Ideal Candidate • 6–10 years of operations experience in luxury D2C, premium gifting, packaging, or gourmet sectors. • Proven ability in vendor management with a strong focus on quality control. • Thrives in unstructured, startup environments with a high sense of ownership. • Exceptional timeline management and reliability in execution. Bonus: Familiarity with sustainable materials, CSR-focused gifting, premium sourcing, or enterprise-scale deliveries. Compensation ₹18–24 lakh per annum (CTC), plus performance incentives.
