What You'll Do

  • Shape and refine the company's
    vision, mission, and long-term strategy
    .
  • Lead and build the
    initial product roadmap
    , from ideation to launch.
  • Recruit, hire, and mentor the
    founding team
    across technical, product, and business functions.
  • Drive
    fundraising efforts
    — investor outreach, pitch deck development, and negotiations.
  • Build
    strategic partnerships
    , early customer relationships, and secure market traction.
  • Define and improve
    operational processes
    and
    company culture
    .
  • Wear multiple hats — from
    product design
    to
    customer success
    — depending on company needs.
  • Stay ahead of
    industry trends and competitive landscape
    to inform strategy.
  • Own critical
    KPIs related to growth, product-market fit, and financial performance
    .
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in our
    stealth-stage operations
