Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in QA testing, preferably in the Fintech industry.

3. Proficiency in manual and automation testing using Python and Selenium.

4. Strong understanding of regression, functional, and API testing methodologies.

5. Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.

6. Experience in writing test cases and test scripts, particularly in Postman.

7. Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).

8. Understanding of defect lifecycle and experience in managing defects effectively.

9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

11. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

12. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).

2. Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

3. Familiarity with financial services and banking systems.
