About the Role: The future of SEO Specialist is being Growth Manager. SEO is only a small part of growth and we at LH2Holdings want to give you the opportunity to grow websites using SEO to grow a content platform using whatever it takes. You'll get hands-on experience in growing web content platforms through SEO, Google Discover, Google News, LLM Optimisation, Content Syndication, Social Media growth, Email marketing growth, Affiliate management and so on.

Job Description:

  1. Lead SEO initiatives to improve website visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic across multiple properties.

  2. Handle content optimization, internal linking, backlink building, and technical improvements (e.g., site speed, crawlability).

  3. Use tools like GA4 and Search Console to analyze performance, track competitors, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  4. Drive topic/category expansion and optimize for platforms like Google Discover, Google News, and newsletters.

  5. Support audience growth through content syndication, email marketing, and social engagement strategies.

  6. Work with tech, content, and external stakeholders to implement SEO and business growth initiatives.

Skill Set Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (SEO certification is a plus).

  2. 2–5 years of proven SEO experience with success in driving traffic and improving rankings.

  3. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and familiar with WordPress.

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to act on data insights.

  5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.

  6. Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
