About the Role We’re looking for a  Marketing Account Manager with strong paid media expertise who can bridge the gap between strategy and execution. The right candidate will be  hands-on in building and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads while also managing broader account responsibilities - coordinating with website developers, creative teams, and clients to deliver full-funnel digital marketing impact. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and social. Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI. Act as the main point of contact for clients, driving communication and ensuring smooth delivery. Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns. Oversee  landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and creative testing . Analyze data across multiple accounts and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated on paid media trends, digital marketing best practices, and new ad platform features. Requirements 2–4 years of  hands-on experience in performance marketing, PPC, and paid media execution . Proven success running campaigns in  Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads . Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics: CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate. Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and client management skills. Bonus: exposure to SEO, email marketing, or other paid channels like Linked In Ads.
