Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director Academics at Nirmala Institutions in Meloor,Chalakudy. As the Director Academics, you will be responsible for the delivery of an exceptional academic experience at all our colleges. In this role you will lead our team of Principals to ensure quality and innovation in every classroom. You will also oversee the academic programs, ensure quality education delivery, and contribute towards developing a strong academic community here. This role will also include working closely withthe management to ensure timely achievement of goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Experience in the education sector is mandatoryStrong research and training abilitiesExcellent leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of academic regulations and quality standardsAbility to foster a collaborative and inclusive academic environment
