Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant for our Advanced Capabilities practice, you will oversee the implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals. You will collaborate with clients to define their needs and expectations, managing ongoing communications and adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Duties:
  • Lead the implementation of ServiceNow projects, guaranteeing alignment with client objectives and project targets.
  • Work closely with clients to determine their requirements and expectations, maintaining open communication and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Analyze client needs and scope projects accordingly, coordinating team activities to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Deliver training sessions for clients and team members on new system functionality and maintenance.
  • Develop and share expertise on ServiceNow scripting with the team.
  • Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow features and capabilities, utilizing this knowledge to enhance service offerings.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports, set objectives, provide feedback, and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
  • Maintain certification and deployment records to uphold INRY's Elite Partnership status with ServiceNow.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT or related fields with ServiceNow domain.
  • Proven experience implementing multiple products for enterprises in ServiceNow, including ITSM; HRSD; ITOM – Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping; ITAM; IRM; SPM.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities, large-scale Service Portals or Employee Centers, Automation, or Integrations, and a good understanding of the Service data model and platform architecture.
  • Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS & Web Technologies.
