Summary role description:Hiring for a Technical Solution Architect for an Indian headquartered InsurTech platform providerCompany description:Our client is an Indian headquartered InsurTech platform company focused on creating innovative software products to address the challenges of the global Insurance Industry. Leveraging their domain expertise, regulatory knowledge, and technology experience, they architect innovative products and disrupt the Insurance value chain from Customer Acquisition to Engagement. In-officeRole & responsibilities:Architect prototypes, proof of concepts, pilots, and other solution stacksConsult with clients on their roadmap for development using JavaAssist practice / CoE leadership with GTM (go to market) activitiesWork with sales and pre-sales teams in positioning proactive and reactive propositionsLend subject matter expertise to delivery teams, as requiredShowcase thought leadership / industry presence through participation in industry events, seminars / webinars, technoblogs, PoVs (points of view), whitepapers, etc.Be the go-to person on all matters relating to development in Java full stack for all internal and client stakeholders across practice, pre-sales, sales, delivery, and others.Candidate requirements:6+ years of experience in technical solution designing system integration and architecture.Strong experience across multiple Architecture domains- Front End, Back End, Middleware, Data TierExperience leading technical teams through the complete software development lifecycle.Expertise with analysing client requirements, recommend solutions and design technical solutions.Experience in multiple areas such as RESTful architecture, SOA applications, Microservices Architecture and container-based applications, Authentication and Authorization protocols, distributed message-based systems, etc.Strong knowledge of Agile and DevOps techniques with the ability to provide technical leadership for teams operating with the As-a-service mindset.Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field.Selection process:2 Technical InterviewsHR Discussion
