Job Title: IT Recruiter – Domestic IT Staffing (C2H) Company: Quess Corp Location: Bengaluru – Bommanahalli Work Mode: Work From Office (5 days a week) Experience: 1 to 6 Years Job Summary We are looking for a driven IT Recruiter with strong domestic IT staffing experience and mandatory exposure to Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in end-to-end recruitment, comfortable with fast-paced environments, and skilled in closing positions across various IT technologies. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic clients across C2H mandates . Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases . Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical fit and client expectations. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive closures within TAT. Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination. Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and niche requirements. Ensure compliance with internal processes and client SLAs. Mandatory Requirements 1–6 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing . Hands-on C2H hiring experience is mandatory . Strong understanding of IT skills, roles, and hiring trends. Experience working on multiple requirements simultaneously. Proficiency in sourcing via Naukri, , Monster , and other platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with MSP/VMS-driven hiring. Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
