Job Title: Video & Graphic Design Specialist
Role Purpose: Own end-to-end creation of visual content for TechTez’s YouTube and digital channels. Translate technical and enterprise-tech concepts into engaging videos, graphics, and brand assets that build authority and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos (tutorials, case studies, thought leadership, tool reviews).
Create motion graphics, animations, and branded intros/outros.
Optimize video formats for YouTube (long-form, shorts, livestream support).
Manage video publishing pipeline: thumbnails, titles, metadata, captions.
Graphic Design
Design YouTube thumbnails, infographics, diagrams, and presentation decks.
Produce visual assets for blog posts, case studies, and lead magnets.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Collaboration
Work with subject matter experts (DevOps, cloud, IoT teams) to visualize technical topics.
Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns, social distribution, and lead generation assets.
Align design and video output with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
Strong skills in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar).
Experience creating motion graphics and animations (After Effects or similar).
Ability to translate technical/abstract concepts into clear visual communication.
Familiarity with YouTube publishing, SEO for video, and content optimization.
Strong portfolio of video + design work.
Preferred Qualifications 2–4 years of professional experience in video production and graphic design.
Exposure to B2B/tech/enterprise content creation.
Understanding of YouTube algorithms and content trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
Storyboarding, scriptwriting, or basic audio production skills a plus.
Candidate Profile Hybrid thinker: both creative designer and technical editor.
Detail-oriented with strong visual storytelling ability.
Comfortable collaborating with engineers, marketers, and leadership.
Self-driven, organized, and able to handle end-to-end production with minimal supervision.
