Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Wedding Planner located in Rajasthan, India. The Senior Wedding Planner will be responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of weddings from start to finish, including coordinating with clients, vendors, and venues. This role involves managing budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure flawless execution of events. Additionally, the Senior Wedding Planner will lead a team of assistants and junior planners to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Budget Management and Negotiation skills
  • Leadership and Team Management experience
  • Attention to detail and Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends
  • Experience in the wedding planning industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
